Terms of Use Agreement

By purchasing individual images from A.J.'s Graphics, you acknowledge
you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions
of this agreement. If you have any questions, please email
me.
By purchasing the image content you agree to the
following "Terms of Use":
1. You may use the images for most projects (whether
it's for resale or not) such as:
a. Personal and commercial web sites
b. Greeting cards and invitations.
c. Letter heads and business cards
d. Computer wallpaper
e. Tags and labels
f . Posters and prints
g. Clothing decorations
h. Basically anything that you need an image for. :-)
3. A.J.'s Graphic images are copyrighted images
and are NOT to be sold in any graphics collections, downloadable
files, individual or multiples or shared freely.
4. You may use the content for commercial purposes
provided it is in small or limited quantities (2000 or less).
If you need an image for large quantity production, please contact
me.
5. You may not alter any copyright information contained
in the images. A.J.'s Graphics will retain the copyright and by
purchasing the image(s), A.J.'s Graphics is granting a license
for you to use the images.
6. You may not distribute the images electronically
or in hard copy except as stated by this agreement.
7. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold A.J.'s
Graphics free from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities,
costs or expenses, including attorney fees and expenses arising
from your use of the content.
8. By purchasing an image you are granted single-user,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
9. You are at least 18 years of age and have the
right to enter into this agreement.
10. The images are not to be used for any thing
pornographic, libelous or distasteful.
